Single Op, 80 meter, High Power 384 QSOs 44 Mult 50.688 points
This was another real challenge. Aurora Activity Level (AAL) varied between 1 and 9 during the contest. With AAL above 5 it was almost impossible to get any QSOs. I could call for up to 40 minutes without any QSO at all, and as soon as AAL fell to 5 or below I could run 15 in 10 minutes! No West Coast heard. The furthest west worked was WY, CO and NM. With about one and a half hour betwwen sunrise (West Coast) and my sunset, Long Path was impossible under these conditions. Heard those a couple of time zones east of me work some LP on Sunday, but nothing heard here. I am pretty happy with the number of multipliers. Except for KY, I worked all those expected. Positive surprises were NM and WY. 3 new states this time, so the LA9Z standing now is at 44 states on 80 meter.
