In preparation for putting up new antennas, we have examined the horizon at the QTH. (Thanks to Tom, LB8X)
The chart below shows the horizon at the QTH as seen from an antenna at 20 meters above sea level. 
Between 120 and 320 degrees, we have slightly negative horizon. This means that for over 200 degrees, the antenna will 'see' salt water. The worst direction is at 40 degrees, where the horizon rises to almost two degrees!
